We take privacy very seriously and this Privacy Policy outlines how EarlyParrot.com protects personally identifiable information that may be collected when visiting the web site and using our service. We don’t and won’t ask you for personally identifying information unless we truly need it.
Our goal is to provide an effective service whilst minimising the information we collect from you and taking your mind off of privacy concerns.
By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this document.
1. Information Collection
By opening an account with EarlyParrot, we will collect primary information about you, including your name, email, country, social media profiles and other identifying information which will be used to help provide our service to you.
When using our service, we will also store emails of your subscribers, their activity, referral behaviour and other identifying information which will be used to provide our service. We will never read or access these without your written permission. Furthermore, this data is owned by you.
We use cookies to identify and save your preferences and password, so that you do not need to log into our site every time you visit us.
We also use analytics tracking such as Google Analytics to track your behaviour on our pages. The information tracked is not personally identifiable.
Collection and Use of Information
A. Email Addresses
We do not and will not send spam, sell or rent your email address or any social media login account (“Account”) information to third parties. We do not disclose, sell, share, trade or give away a User’s personal information to third parties, except as needed for completing payment and billing transactions through the services of payment processing vendors, if applicable. We do not email your customers directly, for any reason. Please note that given the nature of our services, emails may be generated on your behalf through our service and may bear the EarlyParrot branding. You are still responsible for the content of those emails complying with our policies and each of our respective privacy policies.
B. Logging Statistics
Like most website operators, our servers automatically collect certain types of non-personally-identifying, technical information, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We may record certain technical data, including:

How long you stay for
What kind of device you’re using
We use this information to better understand how our visitors use our website, and to maintain Services.
C. Location Information & IP Addresses
EarlyParrot does not collect or store location data through your use of the Services. Internet Protocol addresses indicate the location of a User’s computer or mobile device on a network connected to the Internet. Providing Services to you may result in the logging of IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. While this may be used to infer an approximation of your location when using certain features of the Services, we do not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
D. Cookies
Your use of certain Services may result in the assignment and storage of session cookies by Google Analytics to recognize your access privileges and generally track user preferences. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard disk of your computer or mobile device by a server. Session cookies expire when you end your session and close your browser interface. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
E. Email Referral Feature
You may send invitation/request emails via EarlyParrot, in which case we will ask you for the contact information to which to send your invitation/request. You can type in the email addresses or other contact information manually, or you can choose to import the contacts from third parties such as Google Contacts. In both cases, we may use and store this information for the sole purposes of allowing you to send your friends and contacts an invitation or request for a reference, and for fraud detection and prevention. With respect to referrals, we will also store the email addresses of your invitees to track if your friend joins EarlyParrot in response to your referral.
If you request us to import your contacts, we will collect, but not store, the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from. We will use this information only for the purpose of importing your contacts.
2. Using Your Information
We will use your information primarily to assist your projects in gaining more referrals. We will never use more information than is needed, and will not sell out your subscriber list to third parties. We don’t share your personally identifying information, or data you collect through your Sites, with anyone, except as needed, to provide product support, to comply with the law, or to protect our rights.
We don’t store personal or customer information from Your Sites on Our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our Services. We may store customer information in an anonymized, aggregated manner, for analytics, product development and for the improvement of existing Services.
3. Sharing Your Information
EarlyParrot will not sell your personal information to any third parties. We may share your information with third party payment processing companies in order to process transactions as smoothly as possible.
4. Storing Your Information Securely
Your information will be stored and processed on our servers in the United States.
To prevent unauthorized access, safeguard data accuracy, and maintain the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to protect the personal information data you submit. We make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems. However, since the Internet is not 100% secure and as new technology evolves and emerges, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party interferences from illegally obtaining or tampering with your personal information.
We encourage you to help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you use the Services. Change your Account password often, using a combination of letters, numbers, and characters, and make sure you use a secure connection.
EarlyParrot will retain data (predominantly anonymized) for as long as needed for the purposes described above and/or as required by law. A user may request access to certain data about themselves by emailing [email protected].

5. Business Transfers
If the ownership of EarlyParrot substantially changes, such that all of its assets were acquired, or merged into another entity, or in the unlikely event that EarlyParrot enters bankruptcy, you understand that any stored personally identifying, and non-personally identifying information and data will likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer or merging entity of EarlyParrot may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
6. Amendments
EarlyParrot may modify or update the Privacy Policy at any time and will post a notice of changes on the EarlyParrot.com website. Your continued use of EarlyParrot services will constitute an agreement of these changes.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties whose links may appear on or through the Services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties or other Users. We recommend that you exercise caution before you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information to other users, on publicly accessible or displayable parts of the Service, or through third-party links on third-party websites or platforms.
